INJECTION (CSI) AND WATERFLOODING\/GASFLOODING IN THE POST COLD HEAVY OIL PRODUCTION WITH SAND (CHOPS) RESERVOIRS<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><img #000000;\">\u4ece\u7406\u8bba\u4e0a\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5206\u6790\u7269\u8d28\u5e73\u8861\u6a21\u578b\uff08MBM\uff09\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u9884\u6d4b\u521d\u6b21\u5f00\u91c7\u548c\u540e\u7eedCSI\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u7d2f\u8ba1\u7a20\u6cb9\u548c\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u4ea7\u91cf\u4ee5\u53ca\u5e73\u5747\u50a8\u5c42\u538b\u529b\u3002\u5206\u6790\u4e2d\u8003\u8651\u4e86\u975e\u5e73\u8861\u76f8\u884c\u4e3a\u548c\u6ce1\u6cab\u6cb9\u6027\u8d28\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u7406\u8bba\u9884\u6d4b\u6570\u636e\u4e0e\u5b9e\u9a8c\u6d4b\u91cf\u6570\u636e\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u62df\u5408\uff0c\u8c03\u6574\u5e76\u786e\u5b9a\u4e86\u7a20\u6cb9\u4e2d\u6eb6\u89e3CH4\u7684\u6210\u6838\u7cfb\u6570\u548c\u7a20\u6cb9\u4e2d\u5206\u6563CH4\u6c14\u6ce1\u7684\u8870\u51cf\u7cfb\u6570\u7b49\u672a\u77e5\u53c2\u6570\u3002\u9884\u6d4b\u7684\u521d\u6b21\u5f00\u91c7\u548c\u540e\u7eedCSI\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u7d2f\u8ba1\u7a20\u6cb9\u4ea7\u91cf\u548c\u5e73\u5747\u50a8\u5c42\u538b\u529b\u4e0e\u5b9e\u6d4b\u6570\u636e\u543b\u5408\u8f83\u597d\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7531\u4e8eCSI\u7684\u6c14\u7a9c\u6548\u5e94\uff0cCSI\u7684\u9884\u6d4b\u7d2f\u79ef\u4ea7\u6c14\u91cf\u4e0e\u5b9e\u6d4b\u7d2f\u79ef\u4ea7\u6c14\u91cf\u4e4b\u95f4\u5b58\u5728\u8f83\u5927\u5dee\u5f02\uff0c\u8fd9\u662fCSI\u9047\u5230\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u5927\u6280\u672f\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8fd8\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u5f53\u6210\u6838\u7cfb\u6570\u8d8a\u5927\u3001\u538b\u964d\u901f\u7387\u8d8a\u5927\u6216\u7a20\u6cb9\u7c98\u5ea6\u8d8a\u5c0f\u65f6\uff0c\u7a20\u6cb9\u4e2d\u6eb6\u89e3\u7684CH4\u8d8a\u5bb9\u6613\u5f62\u6210\u5206\u6563\u7684CH4\u6c14\u6ce1\u3002\u5f53\u538b\u964d\u589e\u5927\u6216\u7a20\u6cb9\u7c98\u5ea6\u589e\u5927\u65f6\uff0c\u8870\u51cf\u7cfb\u6570\u8d8a\u5c0f\uff0cCH4\u6c14\u6ce1\u5206\u6563\u7684\u6ce1\u6cab\u7a20\u6cb9\u8d8a\u7a33\u5b9a\u3002<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u4ee5\u51c0\u73b0\u503c\uff08NPV\uff09\u4e3a\u76ee\u6807\u51fd\u6570\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e00\u4e2a\u5177\u6709\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u7684\u7efc\u5408\u6cb9\u7530\u89c4\u6a21\u7a20\u6cb9\u6cb9\u85cf\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u521d\u4ea7\u540eCSI\u3001CSI+WF\u548cCSI+GF\u7684\u4f18\u5316\u6570\u503c\u6a21\u62df\u3002\u91c7\u7528\u6700\u901f\u4e0a\u5347\u6cd5\uff08SA\uff09\u548c\u7c92\u5b50\u7fa4\u7b97\u6cd5\uff08PSO\uff09\u6c42\u89e3\u6700\u4f18\u4e95\u63a7\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4f7fNPV\u6700\u5927\u3002SA\u65b9\u6cd5\u548cPSO\u65b9\u6cd5\u5747\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u5730\u786e\u5b9a\u6709\/\u65e0\u86af\u8693\u6d1e\u7a20\u6cb9\u6cb9\u85cfCSI\u3001CSI+WF\u548cCSI+GF\u7684\u8fd1\u4f18NPV\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0\uff0cCSI+GF\u7684\u51c0\u73b0\u503c\u5728\u540e\u5e93\u666e\u6cb9\u85cf\u6700\u9ad8\u3002\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u50a8\u5c42\u5bff\u547d\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u4ea7\u6cb9\u5668\u5e94\u5728\u6700\u4f4e\u5141\u8bb8\u4e95\u5e95\u538b\u529b\uff08BHP\uff09\u4e0b\u8fd0\u884c\u3002\u6c14\u4f53\u6ce8\u5165\u4e95\u5e94\u5728\u65e9\u671f\u5faa\u73af\u4e2d\u4ee5\u6700\u5927\u5141\u8bb8\u6ce8\u5165\u901f\u7387\u6ce8\u5165\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u540e\u671f\u5faa\u73af\u4e2d\u5e94\u5173\u95ed\uff0c\u4ee5\u63a7\u5236\u6c14\u7a9c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>ABSTRACT<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In this thesis, the technical synergy of combining cyclic solvent injection (CSI) and waterflooding (WF) or gasflooding (GF) in a two-well configuration for the post-cold heavy oil production with sand (CHOPS) reservoirs was explored. In the experiments, the original heavy oil samples were collected from the Colony and McLaren formations in Alberta, Canada. The PVT data and viscosities of CH4\/CO2\/C3H8-saturated Colony\/McLaren heavy oil were measured at different equilibrium pressures and Tres = 21 \u00b0C. A total of 17 sandpacked laboratory tests were conducted to examine the technical and economical merits of the combined CSI and WF\/GF. Both the CSI + WF and CSI + GF recovered more heavy oil than the CSI or WF alone due to the extended foamy-oil flow. The combined CSI and WF outperformed the combined CSI and GF in terms of the heavy oil recovery factor (RF), heavy oil production rate, and cumulative gas\u2012oil ratio (GOR) because gas channeling was hindered by the subsequently injected water. In addition, C3H8 was found to be a more dissolving and extracting solvent than CO2 due to its more favorable PVT properties and larger heavy oil viscosity reduction. The intermediate pressure drawdown rate or CO2 injection rate resulted in a higher heavy oil RF during the CSI or GF.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Theoretically, an analytical material balance model (MBM) was formulated to predict the cumulative heavy oil and gas productions and the average reservoir pressure during the primary production and subsequent CSI. The non-equilibrium phase behaviour and the foamy-oil properties were taken into account in this analytical MBM. Several unknown parameters were tuned and determined by best matching the theoretically predicted data and the experimentally measured data, such as the nucleation coefficient of dissolved CH4 in the heavy oil and the decay coefficient of dispersed CH4 bubbles from the heavy oil. The predicted cumulative heavy oil productions and average reservoir pressures during the primary production and subsequent CSI agreed well with the measured data. However, there were large discrepancies between the predicted and measured cumulative gas productions in the CSI because of its gas channeling, which is a major technical issue encountered in the CSI. In addition, it was found that dissolved CH4 in the heavy oil became the dispersed CH4 bubbles more quickly when the nucleation coefficient was larger at a higher pressure drawdown rate or in a less viscous heavy oil. The foamy heavy oil with the dispersed CH4 bubbles was more stable when the decay coefficient was smaller at an increased pressure drawdown rate or in a more viscous heavy oil.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Numerical simulations were undertaken to optimize the CSI, CSI + WF, and CSI + GF after the primary production in a representative and synthetic field-scale heavy oil reservoir by choosing the net present value (NPV) as an objective function. The steepest ascent (SA) method and the particle swarm optimization (PSO) were utilized to find the optimum well controls and maximize the NPV. Both the SA method and PSO efficiently determined nearly optimum NPVs for the CSI, CSI + WF, and CSI + GF in the heavy oil reservoirs with\/without the wormholes. It was found in this study that the NPV of the CSI + GF was the highest in the post-CHOPS reservoir. The oil producer should be operated at the minimum allowable bottom hole pressure (BHP) during the entire reservoir life.
